• PRINTED ITEMS

• All prints are true "Giclee" museum quality prints, using true pigments on heavy archival quality paper.

• All print orders will be processed within ( 3 ) business days.

  • Seasonal delays are possible.

  • (5) days need to be added for prints that are out of stock and must be submitted to our professional printer.

• Your order will then arrive depending on shipping distance.

• A message will be sent when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

• Pennsylvania residents are charged 6% sales tax.

Cancelations:

No cancelations are permitted.

Our Return Policy

Sregor.Art is committed to customer satisfaction, and I want to exceed your expectations.

If you're not thrilled with your product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to correct any issues and make it right for you, even if that means reprinting or refunding your order. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The goods are in the original packaging

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address given when you contact us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
